OPI “You Don’t Know Jacques”

I have to seriously apologize for the horrible picture.  I didn’t realize how bad this was until I uploaded it.  But in my defense, my nails don’t have all those scratches and that is seriously just the light casting weird shadows.  So yesterday was my first midterm of law school and once I was done I came home and needed something soothing to unwind my brain.  I was looking through my collection yesterday, trying to find a color I haven’t worn in a while and something that would be kind of soothing.  I’ve stated before that I wear nail polish to reflect my mood and I also wear nail polish to help put me in a particular mood.  If I’m having an off day, putting on yellow nail polish automatically makes me feel more cheery.  So I was looking for something that would put me at ease and I gravitated towards OPI “You Don’t Know Jacques”.

This polish definitely did what I wanted it to do.  I immediately felt calmer, but I also feel really smart and grown up when I wear this color.  It was a nice change from the bright olive that was on my nails before and I immediately felt more classy and subdued.  This color has an edgy sophistication that is so chic and pardon the pun but its so polished.  My best friend calls this polish her signature polish because it embodies everything that she is.  The type of woman that rocks this color is classy and timeless but slightly off beat and a little surpising.  This is 2 coats of class and serenity that is perfect for fall and I am not looking forward to when I have to take it off.
