Before I went on vacation to the UK I was talking to a YouTube beauty friend of mine and she told me about this one particular Barry M polish. I don’t have any experience with Barry M colors so any advice I could get I’m took it. She told me that Barry M had a polish that was supposed to be a dupe for the forever coveted Chanel “Paradoxal”. Every nail polish addict knows about Chanel “Paradoxal” and knows that a ton of brands have followed suit and come out with taupe’s and the purple griege colors. But only a small few have come out with true dupes. Barry M was supposedly one of those companies. Now, I have never had Chanel “Paradoxal” nor have a tried it, but I’ve seen it all over and anyone can google search swatches of it. But Barry M”Dusty Mauve” does seem like a true dupe. I wish I could comment on how it compares to the Chanel in terms of consistency and opacity but all I know is that if I found a polish for 2 pounds that looks exactly like a polish that costs $25 then I don’t care at all about how the formulas compare. Dusty Mauve is easy to apply, relatively fast drying and opaque in 2 coats. This color is so sophisticated but fun. I love the strong purple duochrome on this taupe and I love even more how cheap it was. This is one of those colors that every girl needs to have in their collection because its sophisticated yet fun.
