I love peach nail polish. Whenever I see a peach color I immediately gravitate towards it. I love how it is a fun spring and summer color but at the same time can still look subdued and natural. I love peaches on other people and whenever I see girls have peach nails I get so jealous because I have the hardest time pulling off a peach polish. Any type of orange-ish color clashes so badly with my skin tone so its a nightmare trying to find a peach that isn’t too orange. Also, I’m not a huge fan of pinks so it is a nightmare to find that perfect balance of light pink and light orange. I have so many peaches in my collection that don’t get any use because I feel like they are either too orange or too pink, too bright or too sheer. I have been on a hunt for the perfect peach for about a year and I think I might have come close to perfection.
Barry M “Peach Melba” is a light peach creme and honestly I am pleasantly surprised with this color. When I saw it in the bottle I thought it looked exactly like Essie “Haute as Hello”. I love that color but its so bright and kind of a nightmare to work with so I never wear it. This is really close but not as bright and in your face. It doesn’t seem as neon as “Haute as Hello” so its more of a color that I can get behind. Also, its a breeze to work with! This is 2 coats and there was no streaking or patchy application. This is definitely a peach that will get a lot of use this spring and summer!
