I haven’t really been able to change my nail polish up much lately because of my work and school schedule. I’ve been working my summer internship for a normal 40 hours a week (unpaid I might add) and then I have a class 3 nights a week for 3 and a half hours, plus 2 hours of travel time to get to and from school. So by the time I get home from school at 10:30 or 11:00 I am so tired I normally just go to bed rather than changing my nail polish. Needless to say, I used to change my nail polish every single day and now I’m lucky if I can change it every other day or every 3 days. My current manicure I’ve had on for 3 and a half and I’m itching to take it off. But a good thing about not having time to change my manicure, I’m starting to get a new appreciation for polishes that I cast to the side. This polish is one of those polishes that I had put away and never thought about.
OPI “Warm ‘n Fozzie” is an ultrashimmery medium toned brown polish with a ton of gold and pink shimmer in it. Its not a true duochrome or a multichrome because it doesn’t shift to different colors. Its more like the overall color is made up of brown, gold and pink. And each of the colors comes out when the light hits the polish at different angles. This was 2 coats and it was completely opaque, which is definitely not what I remember this polish being like. I bought this last fall because of the hype and wore it once, not really loving it. But now, I can say I am really impressed. I honestly think that this will be a summer polish for me rather than a fall polish, like so many other people have classified it as. I think its perfect for summer because it reminds me of that bronze, glowy, sunkissed skin look that everyone strives to have. I don’t know why, but the bronze with the pink and gold reminds me of a suntan. I tried to capture all the colors in this polish but it didn’t really work. But since this polish is so popular I bet a ton of you guys already have it!
