Butter London “Wallis”

I don’t know what it is but I’m already starting to look forward to all the fall collections.  I go the most crazy buying colors in the fall other than any other season.  So seeing swatches of the China Glaze Safari collection is making me crave all those “fall” type colors.  I haven’t worn this polish in almost a year.  I bought this polish last summer when Butter London’s fall collection was released and this was my “must have” polish.  This literally was the polish that I drooled over the most out of all the fall collections last year.  But for some reason, it was the polish that I wore the least.   I wanted this so bad, and I really like it in the bottle and on my nails, but I never reach for it. Honestly, its such a shame I don’t wear this polish more because it truly is amazing and unique.

Butter London “Wallis” is a blackened gold/olive green shimmer.  In some lights it looks like a brownish gold metallic and then in other lights its an olive green metallic.  As you can see from the 2 pictures, it all depends on the angle that you’re looking at the polish.  In the first picture, its a blackened gold that leans a little brown. In the second picture it seems more olive green.  But either way, it applies like a dream.  Quick drying, opaque in 2 coats and spreads out nicely on the nail.  The formula is nice and thin but not watery at all.  For all of you who are nail polish enthusiasts, this is a must have because its unlike anything else out there.  If anyone knows of dupes for this polish, please leave them in the comments below to help people save money, since the $14 for a bottle is a little steep.  But honestly, I haven’t found a dupe and its totally worth it.  I really think this might be used a lot more this fall.

What do you guys think? Do any of you have this? Or have any of you seen this before?
