Favorite Nail Polishes for Fall!

Every season I love making videos showcasing my favorite polishes for that season.  Fall is definitely my favorite season for nail polishes! I love the deep, saturated colors and I’ve come to realize that vampy colors are my favorite colors to wear.  So I go crazy with fall and winter nail polishes.

I can’t ever just pick 10 single polishes, so I kept it to 10 “categories” of colors with several examples of different polishes in every category.  I tried to pick high end and low end to accommodate every budget! But its important to remember, these are just my suggestions.  You don’t have to agree with me, nor do you have to run out and get any of these.  Wear whatever polish that you love and what makes you feel confident.  Hopefully you guys like this and its a little bit helpful!

  1. I have a big long list of polishes to buy someday (it’s on Evernote, so I can consult it from the store on my phone if I need to!) and there are quite a few things on that list came from you, actually – it seems like your taste and mine intersect a lot, somehow! So here you’ve just added several more to my list, oh well. Also, I just got around to watching this after I commented back on the post about Daul, and here you are wearing it on the video – did it grow on you after all? (I did not buy FeiFei in the last Zoya promo bunch and I think I”m going to be sorry. I did get Paloma, though.)

    • Oops, I have more to say so I’m replying to myself: you said, What are all of your favorite polishes to wear in the fall? I have several of these that you mentioned already – Orly Rage (which, sadly, I don’t really love) and the Zoyas that I already mentioned… also, one of my favorite Zoya colors is Irene, which fits into these categories because it’s sort of a mossy green, similar to some of the olive ones but not the same. I am definitely going to be getting Cougar Attack if I can find it, though! I also would like to get some of those black glitters you mentioned, that seems like a great Halloween color. Last year I know I wore Creepy Pumpkin (which is a jelly-ish orange, one of those colors that comes in a tombstone bottle, I think? And I also wore Sally Hansen Xtreme Ivy League a good bit. I nicknamed it Ectoplasm Green because that’s exactly the shade of green that seems to be, to me. After Halloween I usually get with the browns for a while, before I go all glitterama in December. (Oh, another good fall color is another SH Xtreme – pumpkin spice, which is coppery glitter in a clear base, I think. I wore that a lot over browns last fall.)
