Hare Polish “King of Carat Flowers”

IMG_6061For all of you who don’t know, Hare Polish is by far my favorite indie brand.  While I will be the first to admit that I don’t have extensive experience with other indie brands, from the ones that I have tried I can easily conclude that its hard to beat Nikole’s polishes.  Nikole announced yesterday on her Twitter, Instagram and Facebook that she has come up with a few new polishes for spring! Needless to say, my polish no-buy might have to be broken for 2 out of the 10 new shades.  If you want to check out her soon to be released polishes, you can go here! In honor of Hare Polish’s new spring collection, I decided to paint my nails with one of my newer Hare Polishes.  I picked up a few more shades about a month and a half ago when Llarowe had a restock.  So here is a shade that I’ve had my eye on for quite a while!

IMG_6064Hare Polish “King of Carat Flowers” is a grey jelly base that is packed with different types of glitter.  Lets see if I can name all the different types of glitter in here! It has dark gold hexes, lighter gold squares, the same shade lighter gold small round glitters, then even smaller pieces of light gold round glitters, square light purple glitter, and then iridescent glitter! Wow that’s a mouthful.

The formula on this shade was awesome! It wasn’t too thick, like some other chunky glitters I’ve worked with and some other Hare Polishes I have.  It was completely opaque in 2 coats.  And the dry time was really fast, due to the sheer amount of glitter in each coat.  Overall, I love this polish and highly recommend it if you’re looking for a good Hare Polish shade! And check out the new spring collection, there are some beauties in there!
