A couple of weeks ago I received the nicest package from one of my best friends that I’ve made while going through this blogging journey. Mariska, of Simply-Polish, is a nail polish and beauty blogger from the Netherlands who is absolutely beautiful inside and out. If you’ve never checked out her blog, its incredible! Even though everything is written in Dutch, so has great manicure and makeup inspiration on there. I’m so lucky that I can call her a friend and a few weeks ago I got the best surprise package!
There were a lot of awesome Dutch beauty items in there and this was one of them! When I first read the label I was like “WHAT?” with a look of pure confusion on my face. A foaming shower gel? I don’t think I had ever heard of anything like that. So I immediately look it to my shower to try out.

After using it, it wasn’t as different as I thought it would be. While I’ve never used a pressurized foaming shower gel before, I have used shaving cream. This reminds me so much of shaving cream. It comes out as a cool gel but the minute you touch it or work it into a loofa, it gets really really foamy! And when I say really sudsy, I mean REALLY sudsy!
What I like: I LOVE how much lather I get. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever gotten as much lather with any other shower gel I’ve ever used. A little goes a lot way and will fill up my loofa like crazy. My normal bath and body works gels don’t get this sudsy and I have to use twice as much. I absolutely LOVE the smell!! It smells almost like a flowery baby powder and the smell just permeates my bathroom.
What I don’t like: that my container isn’t bigger! I wish I had like 8 of these cans because I love it so much. My only complaint is that the smell doesn’t linger on my skin for that long. But ya know what, neither does my bath and body works shower gels so that isn’t even a real complaint.
Overall, I love this and highly recommend it! I need to find this baby on amazon so I can stock up. It makes me feel so clean and fresh, and I don’t know if it is because it lathers so well or if it is just an amazing shower gel. I am going to do a lot of digging to see if I can get my hands on more and perhaps experiment with some more scents!
