Happy Picture Polish Thursday! Some of you may notice that I’m not holding a Picture Polish bottle in my hands for all these shots. Picture Polish also has another brand called Ozotic. Ozotic has an almost “untouchable” status in my eyes. I’ve wanted an Ozotic polish for the longest time, but for years I could only stare at it on nail blogs and drool because I couldn’t bring myself to pay for shipping from Australia.
Then Ozotic was available on Llarowe. And like other amazing rules of the universe, every shade that I had lusted after for forever was always sold out. I now have my very first Ozotic and I am very scared that this might be a start of a very expensive addiction!
Ozotic 744 is a periwinkle blue duochrome with a strong pink shift. This is the perfect color to wear to a baby shower where the sex of the baby is unknown, because either way you’re good! While I have other blue polishes with a pink shimmer, this polish is really unique because it is a true duchrome, and a strong one at that.
I’m actually wearing this right now and I keep staring at my nails while I type. With every keystroke, my nails take on a different color! I’m so mesmerized by this polish but really wish that it was Spring right now, because I feel like it would be absolutely perfect for those rainy days going into summer.
The formula is great! It is completely opaque in 2 thick, 3 thin coats. When I first started to apply this I was about to cry because I could see every brush stroke! But as it dried, all the streaks seemed to disappear and revealed a beautiful even color. The dry time was average and the consistency was easy to work with too! Needless to say, I now have a much larger Ozotic wishlist!
What do you think? Do you have any Ozotic shades? Which are your favorite?
