I desperately need to post all my summer swatches! I know I’ve said this in a few posts before, but I am majorly backed up on posts. I’m already 5 weeks into school and work and I’m still trying to figure out the best way to balance everything, and unfortunately, some of the more “summer-y” shades have taken a back seat 😦 While I try to work on that, here is another fun one from Hare Polish!
Hare Polish “Hooky in the Hamlet” is a bright kelly green jelly with both chunky and small white matte hex and small square glitter. Y’all know that I love green! And this one is no exception! This shade of green was really hard to photograph though. It’s more green in real life and really bright on the nail.
The formula was just like other Hare Polishes in my collect, i.e. thick! This is just 2 coats on the nail but it is so jam packed with glitter. It isn’t hard to apply, but you do have to limit your brush strokes to keep from pulling the glitter off the nail and leaving bald spots. The dry time is amazing since it is so full of glitter but this really eats top coat. Make sure to put 2 to 3 coats of top coat to get a smooth service. But I don’t really care about all that because I have an unhealthy obsession with Hare Polish and love green! I’m in love and know that this will be a St. Paddy’s Day staple.
What do you guys think? What are your favorite green polishes?
Super cute this is a perfect polish for you
