Spy Princess “Cypher”

Today I’m bringing you another polish from Spy Princess Nail Lacquer.  I recently reviewed “High Society,” a beautiful shimmer and glitter topper, so I was excited to try out another one from this line.  When I first saw this polish I thought, “Wow, this is such a cool and unique polish!  A purple polish with matte black glitter!” Well, I was wrong! This isn’t a purple polish with matte black glitter, but another glitter topper with a very fun surprise!
Spy Princess “Cypher” is a clear base with small purple matte glitters, holographic silver glitters, and matte black larger glitters.  I’m showing you 2 coats over Julep “Charlotte,” which is a dusty medium purple creme.  The pictures show this post much more blue than what the polish looks like in real life.  So be warned that this is a much brighter purple than what it appears to be!
The formula on this polish was really good.  Like the other Spy Princess polish I tried, it dries rather quickly and dries to a nice smooth texture.  Sometimes there is nothing worse than a glitter that dries super bumpy or eats top coat.  This isn’t the case, eve with 2 coats of glitter!
And the best part of this polish … its Glow in the Dark! I didn’t realize that the first time I wore it, but then saw that when I went to bed the second time I wore it! This is my first glow in the dark polish that isn’t some milky colored topper! This made me love this polish even more.  Unfortunately, my camera couldn’t capture the color so please trust me when I say its awesome as a glow in the dark polish!
What do you guys think? What are your favorite Glow in the Dark polishes?
