Picture Polish “Sea Jewel”

IMG_7701Happy Thursday! I’m nearing the end of my Picture Polish Thursdays, as I only have 2 more after this one! I’m kind of sad, but excited to start doing Throwback Thursday posts again.  And I’m excited to say that I saved some of the best polishes for last! Today I have a polish to show you guys that kind of has its own category of finish!

IMG_7706Picture Polish “Sea Jewel” is a teal microglitter in a teal jelly base, but it also has a shimmer/foil type quality.  I really can’t pin-point exactly what finish this is! It seems to perfectly hug the line between a microglitter and a foil! It glistens like a glitter, but dries smooth like a foil.

I’m totally mesmerized by this shade, and my camera couldn’t even handle it! Every picture my skin tone looks like a different color, in some pictures being way to warm and in others  way to cool.  Oh well, the polish still looks great!

IMG_7702The formula was utter perfection!  It was completely opaque in 2 coats and went on so smoothly and evenly.  The first coat made it look like a glitter in a jelly base, but once you put on the second coat it transformed into something else!  The only negative was that it took a little while to dry.  But once it was on it was so smooth and shiny that I didn’t even need a top coat.

What do you guys think? What are your favorite glitter polishes?

Check out the Picture Polish website for all the colors! Plus, for all of you who aren’t in Australia, they’re shipping page for rates!
