Zoya “Chita”

IMG_7537Happy Tuesday! I can’t believe that it is already almost 10:30 at night!  Daylight savings time really took its toll on me this year.  I don’t know if its because I’m getting older or what, but “fall-back” daylight savings was a day to look forward to! Who doesn’t love an extra hour of sleep on a Sunday morning? Well now I’m tired at 9 at night and feel 60 years older than I am.

Oh well, onto another fall polish!

IMG_7540Zoya “Chita” is an evergreen pixie dust.  I was on the fence about this polish before I bought it.  I thought it was really similar to China Glaze “Winter Holly,” which is a gorgeous green textured polish with gold glitter, which came out last holiday season.  But I am a HUGE fan of green polish and I figured I could always use another one (ha! no I don’t but that was my justification).

IMG_7539I’m so glad that I picked up this polish because it is amazing! My pictures are slightly blurry and don’t show the amazingness that is this polish.  This is just 1 coat! Just 1.  I love 1 coaters and having a green textured polish be a 1 coater was like a dream come true.  It dried a little bit slow, but not as bad as other pixie dust shades I’ve tried.  The consistency is a little thick, so keep the strokes to a minimum and you should be ok.

Overall,  I love this polish and so glad that I didn’t pass on it! I think I might be even more in love with this than Winter Holly, and its a great addition to my collection.  And hopefully I’ll come up with some cool holiday manicures with this!

What do you guys think? Do any of you have this polish?

  1. I just painted my nails with Chita this morning; it’s such a stunning polish. I almost passed on this one too but I’m so glad that I didn’t. 🙂
