Press SampleHappy Saturday! I hope that you all have awesome weekend plans. My weekend is looking to be really low key. Yesterday I ran errands, blogged and watched the opening ceremonies. Today I’m going to the mall and then helping my mom move furniture. And tomorrow, I’m planning on staying in my PJ’s all day. Hopefully your weekend is a little more eventful than mine!
Today I’m bring you guys another indie brand from a blogger that you might already know! Pocket Money Polishes is a nail polish blog here on wordpress that is run by a beautiful girl named Charlie! Charlie ran pop up sales for her glitter toppers. Unfortunately her shop closed, but I’m hoping that its just temporary! Charlie made some amazing glitter combinations!

Ice Ice Baby is a glitter topper with white matte squares, light aqua hexes and large silver hexes. I absolutely love this polish! I was a little nervous to put it over a dark blue but I think that it made it look really icy and wintery. The best part about this polish is just how dense this polish is. I didn’t need to store it upside down before application, I didn’t need to fish for any glitters, and I didn’t have to do any dabbing! It dried really quickly and all the glitters laid down completely flat! I’m so in love.

Brown Eyed Girl is an intense mix of glitters! There is matte brown hexes, matte hot pink squares, gold hexes, and holographic gold microglitter. I didn’t know if the 4 different types of glitter would work well together, but oh boy was I wrong. I really want to try layering it over another color, because I think the beige doesn’t do this polish justice. This polish wasn’t as dense as Ice Ice Baby, but that might be a good thing. Again, there was no storing it upside down, no dabbing and no fishing!
I am really impressed with these polishes and I hope that Charlie opens her shop again! These are definitely worth a second look at!
What do you guys think? Which one of the two is your favorite?
These look wonderful on you! Thank you so much for taking the time to check out these polishes 😀 Totally fan-girling over here 🙂
