Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Normally I would be going all out … I mean wearing my Blarney Woolen Mill’s sweater, green eyeshadow, and walking around with a glass of whiskey in my hand. Unfortunately, St. Patrick’s Day fell on a Monday, so real life took precedent over my desire to let loose. I celebrated my heritage by myself running errands, filming videos, responding to comments and eating left overs from my family’s St. Patrick’s day celebration yesterday. But I still wore green today and figured I would show off another green polish new to my collection today!
Colors by Llarowe “Mojito” is a sage green creme with a linear holographic running through it. Needless to say, this is right up my alley! I love green, I love cremes, and I love holographics. This combines all three into a gorgeous light pastel. The holographic is subtle, but not so subtle that you can’t see it. There’s nothing worse that a holographic polish that doesn’t show the rainbow!
The formula on this polish is amazing. It was the perfect consistency, not too thick and not too. The polish evens out nicely on the nails, and isn’t streaky at all. The dry time was really fast and it was opaque in just 2 coats. Overall, an amazing polish! I’m scared I may have developed a new obsession with nail polish brands, because its a fight to get your hands on a Colors by Llarowe polish.
What do you guys think? What did you do for St. Patrick’s Day?
